Delivery availability depends on the individual store vendor. Some vendors offer delivery services while others may require pickup. You can check the delivery options on each product page or contact the vendor directly.

The additional $100 you're paying is the security deposit. It is refundable and you can claim it back after rental is complete. At RentalMates, we insure our products to keep the platform a safe place for people to use.

Verification ensures the safety and trust of our community. It helps protect both renters and vendors by confirming identities before any transaction takes place.

We have 2 methods to get in touch with vendors:

Product Enquiry: You can enquire about the product with general public questions visible to other users.
Chat: Upon booking, you can directly chat with the vendor for private communication about your rental details.

When using RentalMates Delivery, the handover code will be automatically sent to the vendor once the delivery is confirmed. You do not need to do anything manually.

Email provides a reliable, documented trail for all communications and transactions. It ensures both parties have clear records of agreements, bookings, and any changes.
