Delivery availability depends on the individual store owner. Some owners offer delivery services while others may require pickup. You can check the delivery options on each product page or contact the owner directly.
The additional RM100 you're paying is the security deposit. It is refundable and you can claim it back after rental is complete. At RentalMates, we insure our products to keep the platform a safe place for people to use.

We have 2 methods to get in touch with owners. Product Enquiry: You can enquire about the product with general public questions visible to other users. Chat: Upon booking, you can directly chat with the owner for private communication about your rental details.
When using RentalMates Delivery, the handover code will be automatically sent to the owner once the delivery is confirmed. You do not need to do anything manually.
Email provides a reliable, documented trail for all communications and transactions. It ensures both parties have clear records of agreements, bookings, and any changes.
